Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Registration Fee
o Once we receive the registration fee, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. This fee is required to secure your place in our program and covers administrative costs.
2. Course Cancellation by the Institute
o If a course is cancelled by Varnaaz Technologies , Alternatively, students may choose to transfer their registration to another course of equivalent value.
3. Course Postponement or Rescheduling
o If a course is postponed or rescheduled by the institute, students will be given the option to attend the rescheduled course .
4. Student-Initiated Withdrawals
o If a student chooses to withdraw from a course after the registration fee has been paid, no refund will be provided for the registration fee.
